Scope and Content: 
Item is a photograph of a monument in Louisbourg, Nova Scotia. Three unidentified men are pictured looking at the monument through an iron fence. The monument was erected by the Colonial Wars Society of America to honor the New England Militia's capture of the Fortress in 1745.

Notes: Item was included in a scrapbook that was compiled by Katharine McLennan, who donated the scrapbook to the Cape Breton Regional Library.
