Item is a letter from the Director of the Archives de Folklore at Laval University, Luc Lacourciere, to Katharine McLennan regarding some films and an English song about Louisbourg that she had previously mailed him. In response, the director included a copy of a French song about the taking of Louisbourg.

Notes: Item was included in a scrapbook that was compiled by Katharine McLennan, which she donated to the Cape Breton Regional Library.
