Item is a photograph of Katharine McLennan in academic regalia after receiving her honorary LL.D. from St. Francis Xavier University. Pictured from left to right are Dr. Malcolm MacLellan, Dr. D.F. Campbell, Katharine McLennan, Bishop Power, and President MacDonnell. The photograph was taken at St. Rita's Hospital because Katharine had been in the hospital when the degree was awarded, so they came to her to present it.
