Scope and Content: 
Item is a photograph of the Petersfield estate with Sydney Harbour visible in the background. The grounds and gardens at Petersfield were magnificent. It was Louise's creative and artistic eye that made Petersfield a landscape that was remembered for many years by its visitors. She introduced new plants and flowers to the area, including many rare species not often found in Nova Scotia.
