Scope and Content: 
Item is an aerial photograph of the Fortress of Louisbourg National Historic Site prior to reconstruction. Visible in the photograph are the King's Bastion casements, the cairn which was later removed, and the monument which was erected by the Society of Colonial Wars.

Notes: Item was included in a scrapbook that was compiled by Katharine McLennan, who donated the scrapbook to the Cape Breton Regional Library.
