Item is a copy of a letter from the members of the Local Honorary Committee to Mr. D.C. Harvey of the Historic Sites and Monuments Board of Canada. The letter contains suggestions for work that should be undertaken in the coming year at the Louisbourg National Historic Park. Some of the suggestions made within the letter include: the removal of the cairns that had previously been erected on the site, the appointment of Lawrence Pride as a guide without salary, the construction of a fire-proof museum, excavations at the Eastern end of the Citadel, and the preservation of the bones of the Duc d'Anville.
